*King Daniel stands on a platform in the market and announces to the people**
To all people, nations and languages in all Appleshore, peace be to you. As a great King, I have had a dream and I seek wise people to reveal to me the interpretation of the dream. The first part of my dream was this, before my enemy I saw a great river, flowing rapidly and churning. And my enemy wished to cross. And across this great River, no bridge had been built, so my enemy sent in two men to see if it was safe to cross the River, but they were swept away by the current. So he had his strongest men throw stones in on which to step, but they were also swept away. So my enemy said to his men, "Fell a tree on which I may cross." So, for their king, the men grabbed many great axes and swung at the largest, strongest tree they could find. And I also had reason to cross, but no men to do my work. And only a small, feeble ax. But I swung anyway at a small, weak tree, that by no means, could do anything of use. My enemy's men felled their tree first and began to cross, but as that great procession moved on, the tree began to crack and my enemy and all his men and belongings were swept into the River with the Great Tree. I soon after felled my Little Tree and placed it on the bank, and it stretched only 3 feet into the water. But suddenly, the Tree grew long and sturdy, and stretched across the River. In this way, I crossed, and had no more problems with it.
This dream has troubled me for a great many days. Alas, if this you can do accurately, great riches and wealth will I bestowed upon you.
